The view is absolutely breathtaking, first morning sunbeams happily enter the flat, sunset gives all shades of rose to the mountains on the opposite shore in the evenings, moon glade plays on lake’s waters during the night. It is situated in a small townhouse in a quiet neighborhood in 10 minutes walking to Ghiffa’s town centre or 10 minutes by car to the city centre of Verbania, there is a small beach just in 200 meters away from the house.

Dining room with a sofa bed, panoramic windows, kitchenette, bathroom, and a cozy terrace welcome you on the first floor. There are stairs that lead you the second level of the flat where you find one more bathroom and a double bed.

There is a private garage and parking for visitors.
